He is a member of evaluation teams for organizations such as CIS and the IBEN, and has authored Chemistry books for IB, IGCSE, and GCSE programs.

Ms. Zhou has won many honors and awards in the education field, including the Hubei Provincial Famous Teacher, the Hubei Provincial Special-Grade Teacher, the Hubei Provincial Cadre Teacher, and the Leader of the English subject of Wuhan, National Excellent Dean of Studies, Model Worker of Wuhan and March 8 Red Flaggers (A honorific title for woman who has extraordinary achievements) in Wuhan City.
She has extensive experience in teaching English to the graduating class and has trained students to achieve nearly perfect scores in the college entrance examination. Over the years, many of the students she has trained have successfully entered well-known universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Yale University, and Harvard University.
